It was Freezie Day at school today. It was postponed from Monday when it was pouring rain.....today was a good day as it was 18 degrees out.
These three were very pleased to be one of the first groups in line to get their treats.
We waited for Mason to come out of his classroom. They were all happy to tell him that we got one for him too!
And then we walked to the park and played for over an hour. These two blessings were having so much fun collecting acorns, rocks and sticks. They really enjoyed sorting and counting them. And then they pretended to be frogs.....they both just love to role play right now.
I am a wife, a mother, a friend. I own and operate my own family business, a licensed daycare in my home. I often say that I don't really work, which I don't, I play. Rod Black once said that if you choose a career you love, then you never have to work a day in your life. I know that I have done that. Children fascinate me, they have very intriguing behaviours and although I often think I need to evolve past the age of 5, I keep coming back to take care of all the little children. They are the lights of my life, and they help to make my life complete.
