These guys were pretty happy to be at the Spray Park at 9 o'clock this morning. I'm trying to get braver with our outings, as it's usually crowded at this particular park. But I figured that my two 2 year olds, two 3 year olds, a 5 year old and a 6 year old shouldn't be too hard to take care of. Right?
How was I to know that we would have the entire place to ourselves for the first 20 minutes or so? It was just enough time to get them comfortable and set up some rules, and they were all soooooooo good.
Preston is my youngest and he's the one who knew exactly where the button was to make the water spray.
They all really enjoyed themselves, even though Isaac, Sweet Pea and Lukas were fairly cautious.
They got more comfortable as the time went on, but they were really good at staying together while they explored their surroundings.
Sweet Pea found the mud and was totally enthralled.
Miracle #3 came down with some more blessings and that made it even more fun than it already was. My littles were getting cold by the time they arrived so playing in the shade of the trees was perfect. This particular stump was named Bug Island by Sweetheart and Ethan. We had our snack and left just before noon, and everyone had a fabulous morning.
